I can not believe that April has ended and we are already in May! This year is going by so fast. Sadly, I did not read much in April and I am planning on having a small TBR for May. Let’s just get into my April Wrap-up, hope you enjoy.
Guys, I finally did it! I have started to read the Harry Potter Series for the first time. It was a long time coming and I am so glad I finally decided to pick this up. In April I read the first book in the series Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. I enjoyed the book so much I am starting to understand why this series is so beloved by the book community. To be honest I was a little afraid that I wasn’t going to like it because I attempted to read the first book when I was in the 6th grade back in 2001 and I didn’t finish it. It just hit me that I first tried to read Harry Potter four years after it’s released and this year will mark the 20th anniversary of its release. I can not believe it took me so long. But in my defense, I wasn’t much of a reader when I was a kid. Continue reading “April Summary and Coming Up in May”
This post is going to be all about what I read in March and what I plan on reading in April. Sadly I did not read much in March so because of that my April TBR is going to be on the small side just so I don’t feel overwhelmed and feel like I need to rush to finish all the books before the month is up. Okay, let’s just get into the books.

In this post, I will be discussing all the books I read in February and everything I plan to read in March. I think I had a decent reading month in February. So I am excited to share with you all, all my thoughts. Now on to the books!
1) Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge
I started Cruel Beauty in January and was able to finish it in February. This book was okay. There were a lot of times while reading, that I really did not know what was happening. If certain things were explained more I feel that this book would have been a four or five-star book. Continue reading “February Summary and Coming up in March”

In today’s post, I will be discussing what I read in August and then talk about what I have planned for September. If you want to find out what I am up to with my reading check out my Instagram account @wait_what2016 .
Sadly, in August I did not read much but I did better than what I read in July.I didn’t even finish one book in July…yeah I know. What I did read was The Crown by: Kiera Cass, I thought this was a good book and I liked how it ended. I was just not able to get used to the new point of view since I was used to reading from America’s perspective the first three books. The other book that I read was Sailor Moon Vol. 7 I enjoyed it but, I feel like I will be taking a break from reading the rest just so I don’t finish the series super soon. Todays post will be on what bookish things I did in June, then I will be going into my plans for July. So lets get started!
In the mouth of June I was finally able to finish reading Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard. Glass Sword is the second book in the Red Queen series. I really enjoyed reading Glass Sword, the first half was a little on the slow side for me but after that it picked up and it got really good! I have spoiler free review and a review with spoilers for Glass Sword. So check those out if you want to know all my thoughts on the book.
