On July 30- August 5th I participated in Booktubeathon which is a readathon created by Ariel Bissett. For the second year in a row, I decided to participate. This will be a little post of what I accomplished that week.
As you can see in the picture above I completed four of the seven challenges. I think I did a pretty decent job even though I do wish I was able to read more.
Now, this is a break down of all the pages I read each day of the readathon. Now as many pages as I read last year but still a good amount.
I started the read-a-thon by reading the last 50 pages of Lifeline by Abbey Lee Nash. It was an interesting read and I will be posting a full review on it which will be posted next Wednesday the 15th.
The second book I read was No Good Deed by Goldy Moldavsky. I really had a fun time reading this book and I am so glad I finally took the time to read it.
The last books that I finished were Dividing Eden by Joelle Charbonneau. I had started this book before Booktube-A-Thon so I thought it would be great if I could finish it during the readathon. This also was a good read for me. I think that this was overall a really good book and I can not wait to read the sequel. There will also be a full review of this book on Wednesday, August 22nd.
I also read The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Anderson. This was my first time reading it and I enjoyed seeing what parts of it influenced the Disney movie.
Lastly, I had started reading Peter Pan but unfortunately, I did not finish it because I wasn’t feeling the story. I hope that I can go back to it at another time and enjoy it.
That is it! All the books I read during Booktube-A-Thon. If you also participated let me know what books you read.
One last thing, I vlogged my entire week of Booktube-A-Thon so if you want to check out those videos check out Tangled Up in Books on Youtube.
Until next time book nerds,
